A global virtual summit + listening movement

The largest conversation ever held with women over 40.

Not another event built around what women are told they should need. A worldwide week of listening, learning and action—built from women’s voices, real lives and unanswered questions.

01 / WHY WE ARE LISTENING

Women have been studied, advised, marketed to and talked about.

Too rarely have they been asked what is actually happening—and what support would make the greatest difference now.

The Big Listen begins before the first speaker takes the virtual stage. A global survey and women-led advisory board shape the questions, the sessions, the resources and what comes after.

Nothing about women without women.

02 / THE CONVERSATIONS

The gaps are the agenda.

Six primary tracks. Information literacy woven through every one. A dedicated professional track for coaches and clinicians. Real women’s stories beside expert guidance.

01

Strength, Movement & Joint Health

Build strength for the life you want to keep living—while understanding joints, mobility, pain, bone and muscle through midlife.

02

Nutrition Without Dieting

Protein, energy, body composition and real-world eating without shrinking women into another restrictive plan.

03

Hormones, HRT & Endocrine

Clear, balanced conversations about perimenopause biology, symptoms, options and the questions worth bringing to your care team.

04

Mind, Mood & Cognition

Brain fog, anxiety, sleep, stress, identity and emotional health brought out of the margins and into the center.

05

Body Sovereignty

Pelvic health, sexual wellbeing, body image and the right to be informed, heard and in charge of what happens to your body.

06

The Working Woman

Career, leadership, money, caregiving and being taken seriously at work, at home and in healthcare.

03 / MORE THAN A SUMMIT

We listen before.
We guide during.
We advocate after.

BEFORE

The Global Listening Survey

Your experience helps decide what deserves the stage—not as an afterthought, but as the starting point.

DURING

Your Big Listen Guide

A dedicated AI guide helps you navigate sessions, turn questions into better conversations and build a personal action path.

AFTER

The Voice-to-Action Report

Collective insights become a public findings report, partner briefings, future resources and sustained advocacy.

04 / YOUR STARTING POINT

Before you choose a talk, understand what needs to be heard.

The Big Listen Personal Voice Map is a short, non-medical diagnostic that helps you name where you feel informed, uncertain, dismissed or ready to act. It then creates a personal route through the summit.

  • Your highest-priority conversation
  • The questions you want answered
  • The sessions most relevant to your life

NEXT BEST STEP

Start with the “Name What Changed” listening room, then build a doctor and workplace conversation guide.

05 / YOUR DEDICATED GUIDE

Hundreds of insights.
One guide that listens to you.

Your Big Listen Guide is designed to make the summit usable—not overwhelming. Ask a question in your own words and it helps you find the most relevant expert insights, lived experiences and practical next steps.

Educational guidance. Not diagnosis or individualized medical care.

“I feel like myself one day and completely depleted the next. Where do I even start?”

LISTENING FIRST

Start by separating what changed from what you believe you should simply push through. Across the summit, three conversations may help you most:

  1. Mind, mood and cognition: naming the pattern.
  2. Hormones and endocrine health: preparing better questions.
  3. Work and capacity: asking for support without over-explaining.

06 / THE GLOBAL WEEK

Seven days. Many entry points. One shared conversation.

Watch from anywhere. Follow the full week or build a focused route around the one part of life that needs attention now.

We Begin by Listening

The findings, the unheard questions and real stories that set the agenda.

Strength, Joints & the Body in Motion

Muscle, bone, mobility, pain and training for a capable next chapter.

Food, Hormones & the Endocrine Story

Nutrition without dieting alongside clearer, balanced hormone conversations.

Mind, Mood & the Invisible Load

Brain fog, sleep, mental health, stress, identity and emotional capacity.

Body Sovereignty & Intimate Health

Pelvic health, sexuality, body image, care and informed choice.

The Working Woman

Career, caregiving, money, leadership, advocacy and being taken seriously.

From Listening to Action

Integration rooms, allyship, the professional track and the collective next step.

07 / HOW IT IS DIFFERENT

Designed around who is usually left out.

01

Women-shaped

A female advisory board and public listening process influence the agenda before it is finalized.

02

Lived + learned

Clinical expertise sits beside the stories of women living the questions—not above them.

03

Representation by design

Women of color, varied backgrounds and the often-dismissed 35–44 experience belong across every track.

04

Conversation, not lecture

Listening rooms, practical workshops, expert conversations and guided reflection replace endless passive watching.

05

Information literacy

Every track helps women distinguish evidence, uncertainty, opinion, marketing and misinformation.

06

Men as allies, not experts

Men are welcome to listen, learn and support. Women remain at the center of the conversation.

08 / THE LISTENING MOVEMENT

This event should not end when the final session closes.

Survey findings and summit conversations will inform a public Voice-to-Action Report, partner briefings, future tools, listening circles and a year-round agenda for what women say they actually need.

09 / WOMEN-SHAPED

The Advisory Circle

Five women. Different professional lenses, lived realities and communities. Their role is not ceremonial: challenge assumptions, review the survey, identify blind spots, shape tracks and hold the event accountable to its promise.

10 / WHO THIS IS FOR

You do not need a label, diagnosis or perfect question to belong here.

01You have noticed changes and want language—not dismissal.

02You are tired of conflicting advice and want context you can trust.

03You want strength, clarity, energy and agency for what comes next.

04You support women as a coach, clinician, employer, partner or ally.

11 / COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you join.

Is The Big Listen only about menopause?

No. Hormones and perimenopause matter, but the event is intentionally broader: strength, nutrition, cognition, mental health, body sovereignty, work, relationships, identity and the realities shaping women’s lives after 40.

Is the event only for women over 40?

Women over 40 are the center of the event. Women in their late 30s—especially those noticing early changes—are warmly included. Supportive partners, professionals and allies may also attend with the understanding that listening comes first.

Is it free and available globally?

Yes. The core virtual summit is free to attend online from anywhere. Any optional extended-access experience will be clearly explained separately.

Is the AI guide providing medical advice?

No. The guide is educational. It helps attendees navigate event content, organize questions and prepare conversations. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace qualified care.

How can an organization or community participate?

Partners can distribute the survey, host a listening circle, support access, contribute expertise or help translate findings into practical change. Visit the partner page for the full pathway.
